Hmm, the same goes under Debian-ish OSes...

What's $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/X11/lib/X11 for?  Or did you misspell
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/X11R6/lib/X11?

If you haven't noticed, there is now a ctwm.spec in the ctwm dist.
Please refer to that one, as that will be the official one :-).
