Actually, I want to question this.  Should ctwm use /etc/X11/ctwm and
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/ctwm?  That way, twm and ctwm can easily live side
by side.  That's how it's done in Debian...

The same goes for the images.  On Debian, they are placed in
/usr/X11R6/include/X11/pixmaps...

Because my standard is {major}.{minor}[-{stage}].  RPM doesn't allow
dashes in versions.  So I made a choice.
