Release of ctwm 3.7 beta 4.

This release is specifically geared toward packagers and those who
want to play with sounds.

I've extended the configuration possibilities in Imakefile.local to
allow users to specify where to find libraries and head files for
imconv, rplay, xpm and jpeg.

There is a ctwm.spec for RPM packagers, which should follow standards
pretty well by now, especially since I tweaked the version number not
to contain a dash (RPM doesn't like dashes in version numbers).

The sounds feature is now documented a little bit in ctwm.man, and the
syntax for .ctwm-sounds has been relaxed a little to allow spaces in
the middle of sound file names.

This release is tagged ctwm-3_7-beta4, and is distributed as a
preview, linked from http://ctwm.free.lp.se/. It should be visible as
soon as deployed, which should be at around 08:10 UTC.

Please try this beta! I've some hopes the next release would be the
final one, maybe with just a few more tweaks.

As usual, patches are welcome!

Cheers,
Richard
