Hi all,

over time, I've grown a bit irritated over the misfeatures of CVS, and
I've been looking long and hard for something to use instead. My
requirements were to have a networking model, something that's not
overcomplicated to use (so don't suggest arch), has a decent branching
a merging model, has some level of security and supports off-line
commits. 9 months ago, I stumbled upon monotone (see
http://www.venge.net/monotone/), and it was basically love at first
sight.

After releasing ctwm 3.7, I'm pondering moving the current repository
to monotone and continue working from there. However, I'd like to
listen in to your opinions, and especially the opinion of those
currently having commit rights to the current repository (you'll get
your keys included, don't worry :-)).

Cheers,
Richard
