As you may know, I have been using CTWM for a long time. I've hacked on it a bit and at least one or two of my patches are in the main distribution.
I've tuned my configuration for years and I have something that is reasonably satisfying for me as a user. However, I recently had some problems when moving to an UTF-8 locale and the problems made me realize a project I've been thinking about for quite a while: my own window manager.
