Is it possible to disable the MDTM-Instruction

Hello Everybody,

as the subject says I would ask if I can configure curl not to execute the MDTM 
Instruction?
My Problem is: After uploading a file, the MDTM-request "mdtm 20090606xxx 
filename" fails: filename: permission denied
It is also not nessessary to do this.

Has anybody an idea to solve this problem?
