tftp - time to break it

Hi,

as the 7.19.6 release is done, we could continue with tftp
Order how I'd do things:

1) revert http://cool.haxx.se/cvs.cgi/curl/lib/tftp.c.diff?r1=1.92&r2=1.93

2) apply http://curl.haxx.se/mail/lib-2009-08/0028.html

3) commit

todo:

3) fix tsize upload as mentioned in

4) fix rollover on large files as mentioned in 
http://curl.haxx.se/mail/lib-2009-08/0024.html
