i don't know where the problem is. why does server end tell me i can't
access the file ?
That's not a libcurl-related question. That's something you should ask someone
who knows your server or the FTP server software you're using - quite possibly
the documentation for it. Of course libcurl can't append to the file when the
server denies it.
