also disallow to define USE_ARES and USE_THREADS_POSIX together as it could
cause a confusion. An incremental patch is attached.
Thanks, I applied that and pushed my work. I figure it'll be easier to polish
it once we've added the initial version, and it should be little risk as the
threaded resolver is still disabled by default.
The upside is that now people can start experimenting with this feature
easier!
