"HostName" contains the fully qualified DNS hostname of the server
Literal IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are not permitted in "HostName".
Right, thanks for that. I guess we need to use two separate fields then when
we extract the field from the Host: header - cookie host name and TLS host
name.
