OK. So, if one doesn't have new data to replenish easies immediately, but he may have in a short while, does he have to keep track of what is being done externally?

I figure you can just add "idle" easy handles to a list and add them to the multi handle again once you get a need for one. Or you simply close them and create new ones when you have a need.
