Thanks, these have been corrected in git now.
Two of the defines I added come from curlbuild.h which symbol-scan.pl doesn't
parse so I removed those from symbols-in-versions and I corrected the other
two as bugs.
If we decide to ever include curlbuild.h and curlrules.h in the scan we'll get
a bunch of new defines to add to symbols-in-versions.
