Features: GSS-Negotiate IDN IPv6 Largefile NTLM SSL libz
Can you please let me know what i am missing, does anything needs to
be done in the libcurl on on my windows event source.

This was removed in a security advisory update back in June. It has
been re-added in later versions. Look through the mailing list for the
specific version and the new commandlin/API options to specifically enable.
