Armel, thanks for your work on this. I've now merged and pushed this into
the master branch. I would really appreciate if you'd take it on a spin and
see that it runs as you want.
Also, if you would be able to provide a small example source code using
this new feature I will offer you several bonus points!
I tested with this sample, and it gets the file correctly (Linux box toward
a cygwin sshd running in a Win2000)
