Hi all,
As previously discussed and described, I've now introduced and commited an
alternative version of curl_easy_perform that uses the event-based API
internally. This is strictly for testing and debugging purposes - only present
in debug builds.

I've not fixed all problems this can provoke, but I'm hoping to continue with
