CINIT list in curl.h.
I don't like how you removed backwards compatibility. This will unnecessarily
break some existing applications. Can't we just use the old name by default
and use the new option to override the default?
I would prefer to drop the "negotiate" part from the names all over to make
them shorter and thus more readable.
