Via Custom step running CMake, the using ClCompile to compile.
I don't think the cmake build files have been fixed to check for libssh2 and
enable SFTP/SCP! But looking in CMakeLists.txt at how other libs are being
detected and enabled, I figure it shouldn't be too hard to add that
capability...
