Shouldn't these be put in 'packages/Win32/VC9' instead?
Or maybe 'packages/Win32/Visual-C/VC9'?
The term 'package' is used in e.g. 'packages/Symbian/group/libcurl.pkg'
too:

; Use with makesis to create a Symbian .sis package
So I don't see why Visual-C should have a sub-dir all for itself.
