I don't git-am special patches I want to test on those systems. I use 'patch'. Obviously I can go through some hoops and manually decode the emails, but as has been suggested by others before it's a better practice to include patches as attachements as well as inline. This is as much for future patches and not only this particular one. Right now I'm trying to squeeze in a few minutes of time to test this between my regular work and having those patches as downloads would help.
