I've pushed my current HTTP/2 push work on a separate branch on github for
those willing to live on the edge:

... it seems to mostly work. I've updated the wiki page accordingly and it
matches what I've implemented so far:

The branch also contains docs for the necessary new libcurl features and an
example source code taking advantage of the feature.
My plan is to have this merged into master after the next release.
