This isn't directly covered in the "netiqette" so once again forgive me
if this isn't accepted practice.
I have largely determined that libcurl would suit a need in an existing
C++ application.
However I'm not a developer and I need some more fully developed proof
of concept code.
What ,if any, is the proper way of posting a request for coding services
in the curl mailing lists?
I am aware of options like Freelancer but from my reading here I'd
rather offer the work to those with specific interest and skill in libcurl.
