Argh, how silly of me. Ok, they've been added to the makefile (and dist)
now.
Let's see how annoying this will be for people, but I'm preparing myself
for a follow-up patch release.
It's probably not that big a deal for downstream distros given how easy
it is to disable specific tests.
Also missing from the makefile and dist is docs/CHECKSRC.md by the way.
