You may need to isolate the responses from that user and filter them out
because they may be from another planet.
Also, just scanning top to bottom here, I am really surprised by the
samset number. Very very small. Clearly the word did not get out there
and that is just a marketting issue most likely. I bet more tee-shirts
are selling than that number.
