Hi all!
Starting in curl 7.55.0, curl will no longer try to ask HTTP proxies to
perform non-HTTP transfers with GET, except for FTP. For all other protocols,
curl now assumes you want to tunnel through the HTTP proxy when you use such a
proxy and protocol combination.
