In all cases, I do not master the Travis CI thing (step 2) and I
would prefer the change is done by someone who does.
I started in that end, so without the discussed fixes I assume this
will cause compiler errors:
You may also have quoting problems if CPPFLAGS is processed twice by a
shell (double quotes should be part of
CURL_ICONV_CODESET_OF_HOST's value) . That's why I had to use the
unclear quoting shown in the original mail.
