ngtcp2 (C-library)
MozQuic (C++ library)
quicly (C-library)
LiteSpeed QUIC client (C-library)
I took a brief look at how those are supporting Windows.
Seems non of them are at the moment; including headers like
<sys/socket.h> and <sys/uio.h>. But it could be trivial to
fix?
