I'm very sorry that such big company still have this license issue, but it is the fact. If you have some relationship in China, it is not very difficult to find them.
I'm sorry, but I simply don't have the means to do that. It would take a lot of my personal work and time. I rather spend my energy and that time on actual curl work instead...
