This extra patch also had major speed improvements for Daniel Jelinski's testcurl.bat. I have now included a fully static curl-vc9-x86-double-patched.exe in https://phpdev.toolsforresearch.com/curl-mingw32-7.61.0.zip The two cross-compiled curl's in the zip have both patches as well.
