Right, and I'm not suggesting we remove it completely. I'm proposing we
switch it off by default and require an option for it to be used.
Vote for a --enable-http-09 ( or whatever ) configure option :
[ x ] YES
[ ] NO
count me as a YES for must be enabled during config.
