because CURLE_OBSOLETE20 has been re-used as CURLE_HTTP3[2]. While this
could of course be fixed in PHP, it looks like quite some other code may be
affected as well[3], so maybe it would be good to additionally re-add
CURLE_OBSOLETE20 as alias for CURLE_HTTP3, like it had been done for
CURLE_OBSOLETE16 before[3].
