Hi,

As our CI builds can sometimes be a nuisance due to them taking a long time and being rather flaky (few commits/PRs go green at first try these days even if the code is perfect), I've recently added GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines to the mix.

My plan is to see which ones that work more realiably and move more builds over to those, but primarily to "even out" the load a little bit so that maybe we don't have to do more than half of all jobs on travis (which ends up taking a long time). Perhaps that will make it possible for us to do the same amount of builds and test coverage but in shorter time.
