Adjusting the release date: June 27th

Hello friends,

We're moving the pending release date for curl 7.84.0 to a few days earlier 
than previously planned. The new release date is June 27, 2022.

This move happens for security reasons but I cannot tell you the exact story 
until after the release has happened. I'm apologize for this inconvenience.
