You're using mismatched versions—an over 2-year-old CLI (ver. 7.70.0) with an almost 10-year-old library (ver. 7.29.0). While that should technically work, you're going to find it hard to find someone willing to help debugging that combination here. Try using the latest version (ver. 7.86.0) and ask again if there are still problems.
