Hi,

Nope. CURLOPT_CONNECT_ONLY simply goes through the TCP 3-way handshake.
When server sends SETTINGS frame, no ACK is sent back. Also, no  Magic and
own SETTINGS frame are sent.

Basically CURLOPT_CONNECT_ONLY does exactly what the name says, nothing
more or nothing less.
