My point is that you shouldn't have to find your own library. Whoever supplied your git binary should have supplied the library, too. You can find a bunch of libraries at https://curl.se/download.html#Win64 but it will be hard to find which one is compatible with your git binary since some important compiler flags need to be the same between the two.
