The dependency just added for libpsl breaks builds where the library does not exist - for example, the latest NonStop OS from August 2023.
checking for library containing psl_builtin... no configure: error: libpsl was not found This seems entirely like it could be isolated to ./configure or ./configure.ac. Configure does not complete, so I'm a bit stuck.
