So I found some admin blocked a script I was using to ingest (seismic)
data with for an online seismograph, sent by a data logger that uses
libcurl.
(they blocked it without telling me, because the script gets used a lot)
Anyway, no errors, bugs, just one of those admins.

Without a lot of more details I don't think we can do much. This
*typically* mean some kind of strange server behavior but could also
be a curl bug.
