Starting now, we are in feature freeze for the pending next release due to
ship on May 28, 2025.
Feel free to still work on "feature PRs", just realize that they will not be
merged into master until the window opens again. Typically that happens ten
days after the release.
Feature freeze means that we focus even more on landing bugfixes to make sure
we can make an excellent next release.
