You can use the profiler in the 4.0 IDE to see which methods are
called, but since it's a sampling-based profiler the results are an
approximation of your applet's execution.  If a method is called but
doesn't take much time to execute, it's possible that no samples will
be taken while it's executing and it won't show up in the profiler
output.

On the other hand, the coverage tool instruments your code using the
debugger's breakpoint mechanism.  This lets it generate completely
accurate data about which lines of code have been executed.
