HEADS UP: eARM C++ flag day

Hi all,
if you are using one of the eARM variants (i.e. EABI), please do a clean
rebuild and recompile all your C++ programs. With the recent commits, we
no longer use the ARM specific EHABI, but almost normal Itanium based
exception handling.
