The sysinst sources have been moved to src/usr.sbin, and sysinst is
now installed in /usr/sbin on a running system.

The intent of this is to allow using it to install chroots and VM
images; however, for the moment running it out of /usr/sbin isn't
really good for much of anything. (Except, maybe, clobbering the
running system...)

Make sure you have all of the sysinst commits (or none of them) -- the
intermediate states probably aren't compilable.
