NetBSD-7.0 BETA from 14th December, amd64, GPU Intel HD 3000 KMS kernel build is used
Did installed modular xorg from latest pkgsrc, xf86-intel-video drivers are used. X does properly autodetect the Intel card, enables direct rendering, no errors or related warnings in /var/log/Xorg.0.log . Having issue with switching between X and KMS consoles, either with Ctrl-Alt-Fn or with wsconscfg -s n . The display is not updated, X screen is still visible although I can blindly type commands in a console. When I select tty X is running on, I can continue work in X. Is this a known issue KMS console not updated when X is running ? Is this somehow related FreeBSD people fixed with newcons ? Thanks
