Hello,I'm afraid I have chosen the wrong subject. After some testing, I found that all tcp connections go in the TIME_WAIT state. This applies to inbound connections and outbound connections. To me it looked like an attack. But now I think it is a kernel error.
After restarting the server a few weeks is stable. Any event brings the server then to leave all tcp connections in the TIME_WAIT state.
