With the recent fix of PR kern/45125 I have discovered that the dtrace
code apparently tries to redefine the vpanic() function that normally
exists in the kernel. The redefinition of the global symbol prevents
loading of the dtrace module.
And, since dtrace is available only as a module, this effectively
disables dtrace.
I have filed PR kern/57265 to track this.
