I tried http://nyftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/201702191640Z/amd64/binary/kernel/netbsd-GENERIC.gz as the netboot kernel, which has if_arp.c 1.242 and that also failed to nfsboot. (Presumably that is the side you are interested in? The nfs server also has 1.242) Building an older kernel... P
