iscsi-initiator no longer compatible with librefuse

Hi,

The changes to librefuse last year require changes to iscsi-initiator. This is 
because of argument changes for fuse_main. The symptom is a "fuse: no 
mountpoint specified” error. Has anyone looked at this?
