’m occasionally seeing the WDCTL_RST on WD0 that there was some discussion
about last Oct/Nov involving an autoconfigure IDENTIFY failed. This is with a
9.99.93 system downloaded just the other day. After reading the message
traffic on this from last Oct I’m assuming the delays that were talked about
are in the -current system, but it would appear that they might be insufficient
for the system I’m using.

I’m not seeing this on every boot up of the system, probably only about once
every 4 or 5 times it gets booted. So the delay must be very close to what is
needed, but just not quite there as yet.

The disk on the system is an SSD connected via SATA and the hardware is a
pretty stock HP 600 MT.
