It's likely that the BIOS doesn't know about the NVMe device and you must use UEFI. >PS I _do_ have a msdos/efi partition on the nvme, but I don't know >what to put there! :) You need: ./efi/boot/bootx64.efi and you may need to tell the machine that it should do an UEFI boot.
