But if you mean what does machdep.cpu.frequency.current report, then yes, that is 3400 (any changes to any of the available frequencies happen immediately, or close enough to that that I can't detect the difference). I have disabled hyperthreading, and adjusted some of the fan thresholds to make them run faster sooner. kre
