Removes the airavata-jupyterhub deployment directory from this middleware repo; it has been moved to the portals monorepo where the gateway-facing deployment assets belong (apache/airavata-portals#110). It had no Maven or build coupling here — only a CLAUDE.md section and a .dockerignore comment referenced it, both updated.
